Every program below shares the same backbone: a starting assessment, written training blocks and coaches on the floor. What changes is the goal, the structure of the week and the kind of support you get. Not sure which one fits? The free assessment will tell you.
01
Full access to our strength floor, with coaches on hand to help, spot and correct.
Ideal for members who already know their way around a gym and want a serious place to train. You get a free assessment, a monthly program template matched to your goal and coaches walking the floor during every opening hour.
Need a technique check on a heavy set? Ask. Want your program adjusted after a busy month? Book a five-minute review. The floor is yours — the coaching is there whenever you want it.
02
Competition-focused coaching for lifters and physique athletes.
Powerlifters get block-periodised programming built around the squat, bench press and deadlift, with technique standards that match competition rules. Bodybuilders get structured hypertrophy training, weekly check-ins and posing practice.
Whether your next goal is a first meet, a new total or a stage date, we plan backwards from the event so the final weeks are controlled rather than rushed.
03
Safe, structured athletic development for ages 10–18.
Young athletes learn to sprint, jump, land, lift and move well — in small, supervised groups that train separately from adult members. Programs are planned around school terms and competitive seasons.
The aim is long-term: fewer injuries, better movement and a strength base that supports whatever sport they play now and later.
04
One-to-one coaching with full attention on you.
Personal training suits complete beginners, people returning after a long break or injury, and anyone who wants the fastest possible feedback. Sessions are planned around your goals, your schedule and how you feel on the day.
Your coach writes and adjusts your plan weekly, and stays in touch between sessions so the work you do on your own counts too.
05
Hard, honest conditioning work that supports your strength training.
Short, intense sessions using bags, rowers, bikes, sleds and kettlebells. Conditioning classes build the work capacity that lets you train harder and recover faster — without eating into your strength progress.
Boxing fitness rounds teach basic stance, footwork and combinations for fitness. There is no sparring and no contact.
06
Because the training only works if you recover from it.
Guided mobility classes, recovery-day templates and practical advice on sleep, stress and food sit inside every Zenith program. For competitors and heavy-training members we also plan deloads and lighter weeks in advance.
If you’re carrying a niggle, our coaches will adapt training around it and recommend you see a qualified physiotherapist or doctor when it needs more than a training change.
